We understand that plans change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require at least a 48- hour notice for any cacellations or rescheduling of sessions. Cancellations made less than 48- hours before scheduled appointment, we be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any remaining balance to be returned to the client. Rescheduling of sessions made less than 48- hours before scheduling appointment, will result in 10% convenience fee. 

No-Shows are non-refundable.
